Please Note:

  • Tour prices do not include Domestic Airfare.
  • Tours depart with a minimum of 2 person. 50% surcharge on tours and transfers will be applicable for single traveller.
  • Tours and tranfers for 2 - 8 person are on Non-Private Basis. Private Tour could be arranged at 100% surcharge.
  • A surcharge of 100% will be applicable for arrival schedule and departure pick up between 2300hrs - 0600hrs.
  • Departure pick-up is arranged between 2 - 3 hours before scheduled departure time. (2 hours from City Hotels & 3 hours from Tuaran Hotels)

Child Policy :

  • Children ranges from 0 - 3 yrs is Free of Charge unless indicated.
  • 50% discount for children age 4yrs - 12 yrs for tours/transfers and share room with parents.
  • 25% discount for children age 4yrs - 12 yrs on twin share basis.


CANCELLATION TERMS

It may take some time to make all the necessary arrangements for a tour package, as our tour consultants must reserve each service individually with our suppliers and personalise your itinerary accordingly.

Due to the limited number of accommodation during the peak travel periods and festivals, we recommend that you book our tours 6 months to a year in advance.

If you are requiring very specific dates for your holiday, we highly recommend that you book 12 months in advance.

31 days and above from date of travel: 10% forfeiture of the cancelled component.

30 days and below from date of travel: 50% forfeiture of the cancelled component

14 days and below from date of travel: 100% forfeiture of the cancelled component

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, you can postpone your trip to a later date. The remaining amount of your total package cost AFTER DEDUCTING the Cancellation Fees will be held under our 12-Months Flexi Travel Program.

Under this program, you have the options to (1) CARRY FORWARD or (2) TRANSFER the remaining amount to a third party within a 12-Months grace period from the original date of travel. Any additional costs after deducting the credit will be subject to payment. Any unused balance after 12 months will expire.

All of our tours are conducted daily including weekends and public holidays unless stated otherwise. All tours must be pre-booked in advance to secure preferred travel dates and accommodation.

Itinerary:

(0900hrs)

DAY 1

Pick up from hotel and drive approximately 45 minutes to countryside with a short stop at Tamparuli Suspension Bridge and the nearby local market, passing the scenic view of the Kiulu Valley. Enjoy traditional lunch and in the afternoon, proceed for leisure village walk which would offer you stunning landscapes of the scenic valley as you pass through local school, lush paddy fields, hanging bridge before returning back. After dinner, have a good chat with the local people about the village history and folktales before retiring to bed. Overnight at the Fig Tree (Lunch & Dinner) (Double Bed).

If you're keen for more adventure and cultural experience, there are many optional activities for you to try such as quad biking, cycling, water tubing and cultural activities. So be sure to ask your host!

DAY 2

After breakfast, take a refreshing walk to visit local farm and garden. Try your hand and test your skills at rice planting and net fishing. Pick your own local produce to get a taste of sunshine, country air and fresh summer fruit and vegetables in season. This hands-on experience of picking your own lunch will give a true farm to table food experience. Thereafter, head back to experience natural kitchen adventure - a unique learning experience that offers you the opportunity to interact and be taught directly by a local resident cooks while they prepare you a locally grown lunch.

After lunch, take a sweet rest before the demonstration of cultural activities such rice sieving, blow pipe, handcrafts making, playing the musical instruments and traditional games begin. Next, take a short walk to the nearby river to take a dip or swim - a perfect way to beat the heat spells. After dinner, stay overnight at Fig Tree. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) (Double Bed)

DAY 3

Enjoy breakfast before departing back to Kota Kinabalu. (Breakfast)

Please bring along sun block lotion, personal toiletries, insect repellent, hat, walking/trekking shoes, good grip sandal, drinking water bottle, swimming attire, camera and raincoat.
