3 Days 2 Nights Kinabalu City, Kinabalu Park & Hot Springs Package Itinerary

Day 1

Meet & greet services upon arrival at BKI Airport. Continue with for an introductory tour of Kota Kinabalu. Proceed to Sabah State Mosque for photo stop. With its majestic dome and stunning gold inlay motifs, Sabah State Mosque sits a stone's throw away from the city centre. Then, transfer to Sabah State Museum where inside are various Galleries housing Natural History, Ceramics, Ethnography and Archaeology exhibits, among others. Continue by a drive to the Signal Hill with photo stop for a view of the Kota Kinabalu. Followed by a brief stop at Poh Toh Tse Buddhist Temple which built in 1980, the temple stands out with its traditional Chinese roofing and structure. Then continue tour to Menara Tun Mustapha with a photo stop. This circular tower of steel and glass stands 30-storey high in the Likas Bay area and is instantly recognizable as a Sabah icon. It has a central core with steel brackets supporting each floor and there are only four such buildings in the world. Finally, transfer to your selected hotel/resort for check in. Free at own leisure. Evening, dinner with Sabah Cultural Dance Show Performance. Return to selected hotel/resort for overnight.

Day 2

Breakfast at hotel/resort’s café. Pick up from hotel and transfer to Poring Hot Spring in 3 hours drive. On the way, pass by small towns and villages until stop by at Nabalu Fruit Market for a break. Upon arrival at the Poring Hot Spring, you can choose either to take a refreshing dip of the hot sulphur in indoor or outdoor tubs (which have health as well curative properties for skin diseases) or proceed to the famous Canopy Walkway (The Walkway is 157.8m long and 41m high. You will have to hike for 20 minutes in order for you to reach at its site where you can have a bird’s eye view of the rainforest. Round trip takes about 40 minutes). Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, proceed to Kinabalu National Park. Upon arrival, enjoy the cool and fresh air of the park. Then you can choose to have a visit to the Exhibition Hall or the Mountain Garden (One of the biggest attractions at the Park). 1600hrs, depart from the park and transfer back selected hotel/resort. Evening, dinner at local restaurant. Return to selected hotel/resort for overnight.

Breakfast at hotel/resort’s café. Pick up from hotel and transfer to marina jetty. On arrival, proceed for registration and collect your mask & snorkel. Then board on the speed boat and put on the life jacket provided. The boat ride to Manukan Island will takes about 15 minutes. On arrival at the island jetty, be fascinated by the nature surrounding the island. As you walk through the jetty to the main entrance, you can see colorful fishes underneath the jetty. After registration, you are free at your own leisure. Activities of selection are sun bathing, swimming, snorkeling, trekking and water sports activities at your own expenses. In the afternoon, depart from Manukan Island and hop to Sapi Island where your barbeque lunch is ready to be served. After lunch, relax and enjoy the sun and sea breeze. 1500hrs, depart from Sapi Island and boat ride back to marina jetty and return to selected hotel/resort. Evening, dinner at local restaurant.
