Due to recent unfortunate developments, the ferry service is not running as per schedule and has also had a number of daily cancellations for certain boat times. journeymalaysia.com advises our customers to buy ferry tickets in advance to avoid any disappointments on the day of departure. * Individual Room Booking Cancellation ~ Cancellations made less than 30 days from arrival date is subjected to 100% CANCELLATION FEE of total room or packaged booking price * Group Cancellation (3 rooms or more) ~ Cancellations made within 45 days is subject to a 100% CANCELLATION FEE of total room or packaged booking price * An administration charge of RM 100 and minimal bank charges are applicable * There will be no reimbursement for NO SHOW or shortened length of stay AFTER check-in.
