Coupons for taxis and MPV / VAN can be obtained at the MIJ TAXI / VAN LCCT Building counters at:
1. INTERNATIONAL Arrival Hall (Just after Customs, before the public arrival area)
2. DOMESTIC Arrival Hall (Public area after Domestic Baggage Clearance)
Okay , here's some advice for passengers arriving at the arrival hall. The taxi booths are located in areas above stated. This means the taxi/limo has captured audience ie you. Picking up taxis that are not 'registered' with LCCT or KLIA is illegal. The thing with our superb Malaysian service is that the girls selling tickets at the counters will not be advising passengers on which category to take. For example, if there are only 2 passengers but with 2 fullsize bags and a couple of boxes, you wont be able to fit into a Proton. The reason being that half the boot space has already been taken up by the LPG (Low Petroleum Gas) tank. This LPG is a used in replacement of using petrol or diesel. A government attempt to reduce pollution in the city. So - scenario : 2 passengers, 2 standard sized hard cased suitcases, a couple of boxes... you will require at least a Nissan or Hyundai. Which , of course will cost a lot more than a budget taxi.. see how it works in this country?! So, say for example, your destination is KL Petronas Twin Towers. Instead of paying for a budget taxi at RM61.60 , you will have to pay for a premier taxi at RM92.40. Of course , you will also have to return to the ticketing booth and exchange the coupon to a premier taxi coupon before you can catch the taxi.

Notes:
Normal Operation Hours for SkyVans: 9am-9pm. A surcharge of RM20 per van is charged between 6am-9am and 9pm-11pm. From 11pm-6am, there is a midnight surcharge of 30%.
Sharing means you may be sharing the 8-seater van or 10-seater van with others. There will be a waiting time of 30-45 minutes. There must be a minimum of 2 people in the van. Sharing is only available from 9am-9pm.
Charter means you will have the 8-seater or 10-seater van to yourself. There is no sharing with others and no waiting time.
Child fare (Genting only): Children below the age of 3 are free. For ages 3-12, the child rate applies. For ages 13 and above, the adult rate applies.
Cancellation fee: If a booking is cancelled under 6 hours of pick-up time, a cancellation fee of 10% of total fare is charged.
Klang Valley includes locations in Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Klang, Shah Alam, Kajang, Kepong, Puchong, Sungai Buloh, Subang Jaya, Ampang, Gombak and Cheras.
Klang Valley includes transfers to Hotels or Doorstep

KLIA/LCCT shuttle transfers
For those arriving at KLIA and require transfers to LCCT , take the glass lifts to the 2nd level and from there take the escalators down to the bottom level where the bus terminal is located. There are vans/buses leaving for LCCT (Low Cost Carrier Terminal) every 20minutes from platform 9. The fare costs only RM1.50 and take 20minutes travel time.
For those arriving at LCCT and require transfers to KLIA, the vans/buses are located outside the arrival hall. The bus/van leaves every 20minutes. The fare costs only RM1.50 and take 20minutes travel time. Operation time : 4.30am until 12.00midnight
