Tour can proceed either in the morning or in the afternoon. You will be picked up from your hotel for the Lambir National park. The journey will normally take less than an hour and after registration at the Park HQ, visitors will proceed onto scenic Latak Trail which boasts of 3 waterfalls. The third waterfall is about 25 meters high and plunges into a large deep pool with sandy poolside. There are 4 summer huts located around the pool and public toilet and shower facilities are available too. The activities at this pleasant spot are swimming, sunbathing and picnicking as barbecue stands are situated around the pool.

After leaving Lambir Hills National Park, the tour will continue to the Ton Lambir Iban Longhouse. The Ibans are the single largest tribe in Sarawak and they traditionally live in longhouses which are actually a number of rooms linked together but sharing a common ‘ruai’- a verandah were traditional ceremonies are preformed in the olden days. The Ibans are the famed headhunters of Borneo and in some older longhouses, some of the skulls are still seen hanging along the ruai.

After the longhouse visiting, transfer to Miri City. Simple lunch at local restaurant.
