* Please be aware that there is only one ferry company that services the Tioman - Mersing - Tioman Route at the moment. Due to recent unfortunate developments, the ferry service is not running as per schedule and has also had a number of daily cancellations for certain boat times. journeymalaysia.com advises our customers to buy ferry tickets in advance to avoid any disappointments on the day of departure. (time taken: 1 1/2hrs)

P.S. Panuba Inn is on its own secluded little bay and is great just to have your little space and explore the reefs with their resident dive masters and instructors. But if you wish to explore a little bit more of Tioman Island then there is a short but relatively steep climb that will take you up a cliff and onto ABC beach. Coming from Panuba bay, you will reach Bamboo Hill Chalets first on ABC Beach. Just keep going down the hillside and you will get to a wooden bridge. ABC beach has more activities such as restaurants and cafes where you can chill out and perhaps gives you a chance to meet more travellers.
