For Divers:

* Please bring along your logbook and diver certification card.

Please Note:

1. Tours depends on the WEATHER CONDITION. We might CANCEL or POSTPONE the tour if the weather conditions do not permit for safety reason. We are monitoring closely weather changes thru the Sabah Meteorological Department.

2. Liability Release Form MUST be signed and understood by the participant before the tour commences.

3. The boat journey is going to be WET AND YOUR LUGGAGE might get wet as well YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN BELONGINGS, so please be prepared with a DRY BAG or PLASTIC BAG. However we do not encourage guests to bring ELECTRONIC DEVICES and/or VALUABLE ITEMS and IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS.

4. Age limit for diving is 12 years old and above.

5. Please let us know if you have dietary request, e.g. vegetarian.

6. Please provide Passport number and full name for security reasons.

* 50% on top of the above rates for Single Supplement / Single Traveller * 50% OFF the above rates for children between the age of 5years - 12years old and FOC for infants (ages 1yr – 4 years old) * The minimum age for a child to do diving is 12 years old and above * The Operator reserves the right to change the venue, cancel or postpone the tour if weather conditions do not permit for safety and comfort of the guests. Due to the logistic of the tour, the operator will closely monitor weather changes through the Sabah Meteorological Department and will reconfirm all tours booked 1 day in advance for any postponement or cancellations due to bad weather * All guests compulsory to fill up and sign the Liability Release form provided by the company prior to commencement of tour * Participant must be physically fit as this tour is for those who love adventure * Liability Release Form MUST be signed and understood by the participant before the tour commences * Age limit for diving is 12 years old and above * Please let us know if you have dietary request, e.g. vegetarian * Please provide Passport number and full name for security reasons.

CANCELLATION, NO SHOW. UNUSED SERVICES AND AMENDMENTS

* 50% of full package payment will be forfeited for cancellation made within 7 days before scheduled arrival into Mantanani * 100% of full package payment will be forfeited if the guest does not turn up on the specified date of the package confirmation * No refunds will be entertained on any part of the package booked once guests have departed from his / her / their hotel * In the event of guests have arrived at Kota Belud jetty and the tour is being cancelled due to bad weather, a transportation fee of 20% of the total package will be imposed
