Itinerary:

4 Days 3 Nights Kelabit Highland Package
Day 1	Meet and great at Bario airport. Transfer to Bario town centre. Visit Bario Asal â the first longhouse in the valley, SMK Bario for viewing point, and Jungle Blues Art Gallery. After tour, transfer for check in at Gems Lodge in Paâ Umor ( Lunch at Batu Lawih Cafe / Dinner at Gems Lodge)
Day 2	After breakfast, start walking (1hour) to the salt lick through secondary forest and see at first hand how Kelabit highland salt is process. Walk back to Gems Lodge for lunch. After lunch, visit the Batu Narit-carved stone and Arur Bilit â paddy field & Batu Ipak â after the legendary hero, Upai Semaring â legendary place. Check out from Gems Lodge and walk to Paâ Ukat and check in at Batu Lawih Homestay. (Breakfast at Gems Lodge / Lunch at Gems Lodge / Dinner at Batu Lawih Homestay)
Day 3	After breakfast, walk along the Ukat River & try to spot some wild plants used by the locals, visit some ricefield, Parupun Gelawat & be told more about the cultures of the Kelabits before turning to Christianity. Back to Paâ Ukat for lunch. Walk to De Plateau Lodge for dinner and overnight ( Breakfast at Batu Lawih Homestay / Lunch at Batu Lawih Homestay / Dinner at De Plateau Lodge )
Day 4	After breakfast, transfer to Bario Airport for your next flight departure (Breakfast at De Plateau Lodge)

Destination Bario ~ Kelabit Highlands ~ Miri ~ Sarawak ~ Borneo Room Type All Homestays in Bario are basic Room Description fan cooled but usually not necessary as it is normally quite chilly at night; shared bathrooms ; cold water showers ; no electricity ~ either running on generators or candle lit ; thin blankets provided so bring own extra blankets or sleeping bags ; bring own toiletries Facilities & Activities Bario trips are back to basic trips , so take it as an adventure back in time where walking was the only means of getting anywhere (although there are 4WDs to ferry people around nowadays) , no electricity to light homes and streets - just stars and water comes straight from the river or natural underground sources or surrounding mountains. Be aware that you will probably not be able to use your mobile phone in the highlands and there is only one internet centre in bario town
