Blessings Homestay Room Rates ~ valid till December 2011

Please Note:

1. Family suite- 2 rooms connecting, accommodate up to 8 persons. ie 4 adults & 3 kids. All rooms - Additional pull out bed@RM40 per bed without  breakfast
2. All rates are nett. Daily, Weekly and Monthly rates are available. Check In : 1400; Check out: Noon. Late check out depends on availability and subject to charges.
3. All rooms are with bathroom ensuite, air-condition, fan.  Service available: Daily housekeeping, laundry, hair dryer, WIFI- own laptop is free( with above rate). Use of Blessings's computer - RM10 per day or RM5 per hour.
4. Communal areas : service kitchen for warming up food, drinks (no cooking), microwave oven, speedy pot, fridge,
5. Available set breakfast from RM10 to RM15 per person.
6. Strictly NO SMOKING AND CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC DRINKS on premise. Sorry NO PETS too!
7. For security of all guests, staff will open and close door & gate for guests.

9. Any damages, breakage, loss of items by guests will be paid by guests. At check in, we collect a refundable deposit of RM200 and willreturn it in full provided no damage or breakage of items at Blessings

Booking And Payment Terms :

~ Booking is confirmed via payment of deposit of 50% total room nights and balance to be paid in full upon check in.
~ Cancellation or changes : no refund will be given for all payments
~ Payment can be made by bank in or cash payment or Bank in. Please request for bank details upon confirmation of booking
~ Credit card facility is viable with a 5% charge over amount paid.  Please request if required. Subject to availability.
~ Blessings Homestay has special packages and rates for church, NGOs and youth/young adults/ladies retreats/meetings. Please forward requests for special group packages, retreats and special requirement to Tan Yuen Mun email : or call for further enquiries.

LOCATION :Where are we?

1. From KLIA – take ERL (from  LCCT take coach) to KL Central, proceed to

a) take a taxi (please give address 80 Jalan Limau Nipis Bangsar Park ) – RM10-15 one way
b) take LRT and stop at Bangsar Station (1 LRT station from KL Central) and catch a taxi (RM3-4) to 80 Jalan Limau Nipis Bangsar Park) or take a leisure stroll to Blessings Homestay in 10-15min from Bangsar LRT.

2. From KLIA and LCCT, you may also take a taxi to Blessingshomestay directly. After you exit arrival lounge, please go to taxi counter and purchase your ticket. Please line up at the taxi queue and give the driver your ticket voucher and address to Blessingshomestay. Please print map from this website to show driver.

3. From KL city (Pudu Raya or Chinatown area ) :

a)take a regular taxi to 80 Jalan Limau Nipis Bangsar Park cost RM6-8
b) take LRT from Central Market to Bangsar LRT station (2 stops from Central Market)and take a taxi RM4-6 or take a feeder bus to Bangsar Park (stop at shops along Jalan Maarof and walk to Jalan Limau Nipis

4. From Mid Valley – take a taxi RM3-5 per trip or take a bus from Mid Valley to Bangsar LRT station and walk to Blessings Homestay (takes 10-15min)

Children are gladly welcome. Please contact your host should you have any special requests. Child Policy (sharing with parent) Up to 3 yrs old sharing with parents bed is no charge;  Children from 4-12years old who require a bed is to pay RM25 (or USD8) per bed. Please note that these rates are applicable for children sharing room with parents only
