Music
The Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra
When you make that trip to KLCC, make a beeline for the MPO. The MPO is a world class orchestra, a congregation of musicians all over the world. The MPO also hosts world reknown musicians and celebrities. If you think you are not up to a full scale orchestral performance and yet feel you need to immerse yourself in some extraordinary wonderful music, look out for the MPO's chamber concerts. The MPO musicians get together to form quartets and quintets, or band together in a percussion group, or wind, or strings. You can never agree more when they say, good things come in little packages.

Okay, once the reading fever is raging we should really fuel it with a greater variety of quality books! Skoob Books Malaysia gets their supply of new and old reads from Skoob Books London but they also have a RM3/RM5 section at the shop for those whose desire is to hoard a variety of 'maybe i'll read them when i'm old' titles and hope that one day the desire is realised.
But the worst thing that can happen when you're on the roll is finding out that the shop's moved and you've just spent an hour braving the traffic to get to Brickfields!
Now, Skoob Books has moved again. This time they've found themselves a place in PJ old town. The new address is: Lot 122 & 123 Level One, Menara Mutiara Majestic, 15 Jalan Othman, Petaling Jaya. If you're unfamiliar with the area, call . Happy hunting!
