Meet & greet services upon arrival at BKI Airport. Continue with an introductory tour of Kota Kinabalu. Tour includes to Cocoa Boutique, State Museum, State Mosque, Menara Tun Mustapha and Chinese Temple. Lunch at local restaurant. Then, check in to Promenade Hotel. Evening, dinner at Kg. Nelayan Restaurant with Sabah Cultural Dance Performance. Overnight at the same hotel.

Breakfast at hotel. Pick up from hotel and transfer to marina jetty. After registration, take a 15 minutes boat ride to Manukan Island. On arrival at the island jetty, be fascinated by the nature surrounding the island. As you walk through the jetty to the main entrance, you can see colorful fishes underneath the jetty. After registration, you are free at your own leisure. In the afternoon, depart from Manukan Island and hop to Sapi Island where your barbeque lunch is ready to be served. After lunch, relax and enjoy the sun and sea breeze. 1500hrs Depart from Sapi Island and boat ride back to marina jetty. Return to your hotel. Evening, dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at the same hotel.

Breakfast at hotel. Check out and depart to Kinabalu National Park for about 2 hours drive. On arrival, enjoy the cool and fresh air of the park. Continue have a visit to the Exhibition Hall, Slide Show and Mountain Garden (One of the biggest attractions at the Park). Lunch at local restaurant. Transfer to check in to Celyn Resort Kinabalu. Free & Easy. Dinner and overnight at the same resort.

After breakfast, check out and transfer to Poring Hot Spring for about 45 minutes drive. On arrival, proceed to the famous Canopy Walkway. The Walkway is 157.8m long and 41m high. You will have to hike for 20 minutes in order for you to reach at its site where you can have a bird’s eye view of the rainforest. Round trip takes about 40 minutes. After a tiring hike, take a refreshing dip of the hot sulphur in indoor or outdoor tubs which have health as well curative properties for skin diseases. Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, overland transfer to Sandakan for about 4 hours drives to Sepilok Forest Edge Resort. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at the same resort.

Breakfast at resort. Check out and proceed to Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre for about 3minutes drive. On arrival, proceed to the boardwalk which will leads you to the feeding platform where the apes are fed milk and bananas twice a day. Set in the lush 4,300-hectare Kabili-Sepilok Forest Reserve, the Centre under the administration of the Wildlife Department of Sabah attracts tourists and researchers alike, giving them the opportunity to watch the orang utan up close in their natural habitat. Depart from the centre and proceed for overland to Sukau Jetty in 2 hours drive. On arrival, check-in and lunch at Sukau Proboscis Lodge, Bukit Melapi. In late afternoon, proceed for river cruise to the Menanggol River, a tributary of Kinabatangan River to search for wildlife, including the unique Proboscis monkey, hornbills, kingfishers and many others. The Kinabatangan Wildlife Sanctuary is one of the best places in Southeast Asia to observe wildlife. Dinner and overnight at Sukau Proboscis Lodge, Bukit Melapi.

0600hrs early morning river cruise to the Oxbow lakes. (Oxbow lake was formed by large meanders of the river that have been cut off from the main channel). The trip will take you to see the riverine forest and the wildlife in the area. The Oriental Darter, Storm’s stork, various species of Hornbills, Kingfishers is common feature. After morning cruise, return to lodge for breakfast. Free at leisure. In late afternoon, proceed for another river cruise in Kinabatangan to search for more wildlife and birds. Dinner and overnight at Bukit Malapi Lodge.

After early breakfast, check out and depart from lodge and transfer to Sandakan Airport for flight home.
